About This Date
This is a scheduled date for Heroes Retreat, an Agape Church member retreat for veterans and first responders, rooted in prayer, sacred ceremony, reflection, live medicine music, nourishing meals, nature, and community support.
This retreat honors the uniform without reducing you to it. The focus is not on reliving old stories or reinforcing the identity that service required. Instead, participants are invited to explore the person beneath the role, the experiences that shaped them, and the path they are walking now.

If you are seeking grant support, please complete the Heroes Retreat registration form and await a determination email before assuming your space is confirmed.
Scholarships are limited and are offered according to available funds, eligibility, and retreat fit.
Membership & Registration
Agape Church retreats are open to members who complete the retreat registration process.
Membership is the first step into the community. Retreat registration is separate and includes a review of contraindications, medications, preparation needs, sincerity, and retreat fit.
Because our retreats involve entheogenic sacraments, we ask each participant to approach registration with honesty, humility, and care.
Donation Information
Recommended donation: $900 if paid in full.
A $450 minimum donation is required to complete your registration request unless you are applying for scholarship support through Agape Heroes Foundation.
Submission of a registration form and minimum donation does not guarantee participation. If Agape Church determines your registration cannot move forward due to contraindications, safety concerns, or retreat fit, your minimum donation will be refunded.
If your registration is accepted and you later cancel, withdraw, fail to complete preparation requirements, or do not attend, your minimum donation is non-refundable.
Remaining suggested donation is due 10 days before arrival unless adjusted through approved scholarship support.
